Saladin King Helmet
Saladin was respected by both the Muslim and Christian warriors during the Crusades for his tactical prowess, chivalry and mercy. Saladin was the Sultan of Egypt and Syria. During the Crusades Saladin only lost one battle with the European forces. In 1187 Saladin captured the Jerusalem. Saladin gave quarter to the residents of Jerusalem and waived the ransom on many of the occupants.
